I am unable to get any apps to work on the projector. It only works via browser. Netflix won’t play nor will YouTube. It gives and error and asks to retry but never plays. I have attempted with iPhone and iPad and I have the same issues. Total waste of money.
Good Pericat S20 Projector
Picture is good for a "budget" projector, HDMI works great. UPDATE: the seller sent a replacement unit, that IS able to connect to the home WiFi network. (The previous unit, for some reason, the WiFi settings were missing completely.) Apple device Screen Casting works fine, but can't play Hulu/etc due to "copyright violation" (weird, why does Screen Casting care about "copyrights"? anyway..) Android device, couldn't get Screen Casting working at all. Otherwise, it's a fine projector for the price, display is good, audio via BT to external speaker works great, etc.
After comparing many projectors, I finally chose the pericat projector. It did not disappoint me. I bought it to replace my old TV.
It is very easy to use.
It can watch movies by plugging the TV stick into the HDMI port easily. The video is very clear. Nice projector.
The picture quality is really "awesome" and you honestly can't beat the price; well worth it!!!!
